Agent Advisory Firm Overview

Andrew Shull

Andrew Shull

CEO, Senior Advisor

Andrew Shull entered the insurance industry in 2006 as a New Market Agent and has since established a distinguished career marked by leadership, growth, and innovation. In 2024, he expanded his professional reach with the opening of his MOA office, further solidifying his long-standing commitment to the agency community.

As the owner of multiple businesses operating across Texas and Massachusetts, Andrew brings extensive entrepreneurial expertise and a proven track record of organizational leadership. His experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of both the opportunities and challenges that agents encounter in building and sustaining successful agencies.

Over the course of his career, Andrew has observed the termination of numerous agents not as a result of their own performance, but due to employee issues or “trust” violations with the company. Realizing these unfortunate situations were becoming more and more common, Andrew became passionate about helping agents protect their businesses, strengthen compliance, and reduce unnecessary risk.

Andrew’s professional mission is to provide guidance and support that allows agents to focus on business growth and client relationships, while ensuring their operations remain secure, compliant, and positioned for long-term success.

Andrew has been married for 21 years and is the proud parent of four wonderful children. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, whether at his home in Texas or on Nantucket.
